We deliver to all the European Union (EU) countries as well as United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland. Orders can only be delivered to countries where the hurtta.com online shop is currently available.

We aim to ship the products from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. If the order is placed during the weekend or a Finnish public holiday, please note that the order will be processed and shipped the next available business day. After the order has departed our warehouse, you will receive the order confirmation and tracking notification to the email which was used to place the order. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kuopio, Finland.

RETURN RIGHT

30 days time to return your order.

You can return the product(s) within 30 days after receiving the order. Please read our Return Policy and Instructions here.

Please note our return fee of 9 € which will be deducted from the order refund.

We do not exchange items. Please place a new order for the product you wish to receive and return the already received product back to Hurtta.com.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

The amount of duties & taxes applied depends on the value of the order and the destination country/location.

We offer the solution of prepaying duties and taxes that the checkout when placing the order. If prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows:

Select this option if you wish to prepay duties & taxes. Should you choose to use this option, you will be provided with a 100% guaranteed total amount for your order (including all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes).
