Extreme Overall

I love the hurtta Jackets but for my Chihuahua, the legs on every overall (I have the mudventure, the underliner overall and the extrem) are way to long and on this size you cannot adjust them like you can on the bigger ones (I have them vor my border collies as well). That is very umcomfortable for the dog because I have to roll up the legs.

This fits so well. I was concerned my male dog who squats to pee would pee on the belly or front legs and that’s not the case!
He has full mobility.
He has been out in -25°c (booties required too) and he showed no signs of chill!
Highly recommend.

Due to a lot possible modifications fits perfect on the dog. It is really durable due to good materials.

I'm very happy with how well this suit fits and how it can be adjusted. My dog (8kg) got used to the feeling of the suit pretty quickly and she can run and jump in it no problem. It also keeps her warm perfectly. Its only, but considerable flaw is that the leg elastics are too harsh, they rub away at the fur and skin. I will keep the suit, but will make changes to the legs to prevent that from happening. The closing fabric needs to be softer and/or cushioned in some way. Suits like this are important for dogs who are perhaps not as well adjusted to the cold, usually that means there is not a lot of fur in general, if a product rubs away at said fur, that's especially bad.

I wish more than anything that this worked, but sadly, it's no good in deep snow. The suit is too low on the inner thighs so when the dogs go in snow, the snow packs into the legs. Because the interior is just fabric (not nylon) and the cuffs are tight elastic, the snow forms into icy clumps as the dogs run and constantly scratches their legs. The elastic cuff gets soaking wet so they just become hard ice, again, cutting up their legs. This is a fantastic suit to keep your pooch warm walking in plowed sidewalks, but not running in forests/mountains. I had to take it off mid-walk, leaving the poor boy frozen and bleeding.
