What's better than fresh deep snow?
Deep snow had fallen overnight so Splinter was extremely excited when stepping outside that morning. He was jumping and rolling around in the deep snow.
Extreme cold?
The Extreme Warmer jacket has foil pattern which reflects the dog’s own body heat back to the dog, as well as the water- and windproof surface material make the jacket especially warm.
Deep snow and short legs
It was very cold this day, yet it was one of the most beautiful days this winter as the sky was blue and the sun was warming our faces. Splinter and i went for a long hike in the forest. We got lucky as one of our neighbors had already hiked there and made a path with their snow shoes. Which made it a lot easier to walk on the paths, especially for Splinter with his short legs. We went up a hill close to our house. You can see quite far from the top! Splinter got the zoomies as soon as we reached the top. Its open there so the wind was blowing through Splinters fur. Luckily he was wearing the extreme warmer so he stayed warm. Me on the other hand not so much so we went back down after Splinter was done with his zoomies.
Sweet dreams after adventure
We ended the day in front of the fire place. Splinter was dreaming, probably about his adventures while I was reeding a book.
Splinter is wearing the extreme warmer in size 40. His back is 43cm and belly 53cm.
