Spring is finally here again, and we have been waiting for it! I love spring when everything starts to come back to life after a long winter. The birds are chirping and building their nests, the first lemon butterfly is dancing by. Sometimes we just sit down and listens to all sounds, just be there and relax. It’s really the best therapy for both humans and dogs! I truly feel sorry for the ones that never experience this, it’s pure magic.

We always take the car and go on longer trips on the weekends. This time we went to a trail that goes through ravines from the ice age. It’s such a cool place and there is also a small creek with clear water. Both dogs love the hilly environment and all the soft moss that they can run around in.

Both Junior and Alfie wear their Hurtta Weekend Warrior II dog harnesses when we hike longer trails, they are comfortable to wear and distribute the pressure well with their wide panels. This is Alfie's first spring with us and since he is only 10 months old, he is exploring everything, absolutely everything! Everything is new to him and he is discovering right now how wonderful the world and especially the forest is! It's so much fun to see how he takes it all in, he really is a dog that never wants to go inside just like Junior. Luckily they are just like me there, looking forward to many more adventures with them! This is just the beginning....
