Orders

How can I confirm my order has been received?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a payment confirmation email.

Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see these emails in your inbox.

All order-related emails will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. Please note that business days do not include weekends or Finnish public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the order tracking number.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

Can I change items in my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and paid for, it is not possible to change the sizes or colors of items, or to add or remove items.

However, once your order arrives, you can return the item(s) to receive a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order, we may still be able to update your shipping address. Kindly contact our customer service team through our contact form.

Once you receive the shipping confirmation from us with the order tracking number, you can contact the shipping partner directly to change the shipping destination and method.
