Sourcing materials and the manufacturing process itself is incredibly complex. We go to great lengths to source non-toxic materials and work with suppliers and partners who share our vision of a more sustainable supply chain, which encompasses the many various stages involved in manufacturing and the interconnected path in which raw materials and components are transformed into the products we rely on every day.

We know the products that we make have an impact on our planet. We know through customer surveys that eliminating toxic chemicals in textile production is at the top of most consumers’ concerns. By applying strict limits and by assessing the ecological and toxicological properties and risks of materials and chemical products used to make Hurtta products, bluesign® actively ensures the responsible use of resources and eliminates substances that pose risks to dogs, people and the environment.
Simply put, if the raw materials coming in are safe, then the end product that you purchase for your dog will surely be safe.
