Winter is slowly coming to an end, which meant we went on a little hike during the sunny weather of this year’s Valentine’s Day to treat our loved ones: Kalja, Nauru and Enzo.

Due to us being young parents, we couldn’t go on whole-day tours this winter season. It’s about time to run again…quite literally, as there are no words that would describe the excitement the three dogs felt when we took them on a day trip.

Rock Climbing, Hiking, playing and even a little picnic were part of the day. Despite enjoying the adventure, all of them would have been cold, if it wasn’t for their new Hurtta Razzle-Dazzle midlayer dog jackets. In fact, as they’ve become more protective due to the baby in our family, we even had to hold on to their new Weekend Warrior harnesses, as a golden retriever disturbed our family picnic - no one was harmed 😄.

Also a little reminder, as we had to learn the hard way: When the snow starts melting, it’s usually quite muddy and slippery outside. The amount of dirt we took back to the car was an adventure itself. Anyway, the first time out with the pack and the baby was an overall success.
