Designed for freedom of movement

The Rover Harness is perfect for any adventure—running, hiking, or a stroll in the park. It fits comfortably, feels great, and lets your dog forget they’re even wearing a harness so they can focus on what they do best: being a dog.

As a large dog owner, I know firsthand how critical a well-fitting harness is for comfort and control. My goal was to create a harness that offers a snug fit while staying comfortable and secure, no matter how active the adventure.

Avery, Navi and Newman

Navi and Newman got to try the new and improved Hurtta harness. One thing I really liked about it is that the length can be changed (as well as the neck and chest width seen in previous models). This has been especially great given they both have very different body styles!

Well-designed is well-fitting

At Hurtta, every product combines high-quality craftsmanship with practical design. With our unique sizing, developed from measurements of thousands of dogs across various breeds, we ensure a perfect fit that caters to the diverse needs of every dog breed.

GOALS AND CHALLENGES

We set out to create a harness that stays put, no matter the speed, while giving ample room for front leg movement. The result? A harness that’s as comfortable on the go as it is when standing still.

MATERIAL CHOICES

The harness is made from bluesign®-approved, durable fabric that’s easy to clean. Every strap and textile component is crafted from recycled polyester and designed with the environment in mind.

FITTINGS

This harness was fitted to over 150 dogs during development—we were leaving nothing to chance. Special attention was given to dogs of different body types, particularly deep-chested breeds where harness fit is often challenging.
