Orders

How can I confirm my order has been received?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a payment confirmation email. Please check your Spam/Junk folder if you don't see these emails in your inbox. All order-related emails will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

When will my order ship?

We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it. Please note that business days do not include weekends or Finnish public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the order tracking number.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed and paid for, it is not possible to change the sizes or colors of products, or to add or remove products.

However, once your order arrives, you can return the product(s) to receive a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change your shipping address after the order has been placed and confirmed.

However, once you receive the shipping confirmation from us with the order tracking number, you can contact the shipping partner directly to change the shipping destination and method.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed and confirmed.

However, once your order arrives, you can return the product(s) to receive a refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
