Return Policy

Hurtta.com adheres to the Consumer Protection Act and follows the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s e-commerce guidelines. In accordance with the Act, e-commerce sales are considered distance sales, giving the customer the right to cancel any distance sales agreement by notifying us within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. This allows you to inspect and try the product at home, just as you would in a physical store. If the product doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you are entitled to return it within this 30-day period.

Please note, failure to collect a package is not considered a valid return. If you choose not to collect the package, you must inform the logistics company. A €9 return fee (UK £8; Norway 107NOK; Switzerland 9CHF; Sweden: 105SEK) will be charged for uncollected packages and deducted from your refund.

Returns are only accepted for purchases made through Hurtta.com. For Hurtta America returns, please refer to the return policy here.

Return instructions

1. To return your order, please visit Global-E Return Portal and complete the return form.

  • In the Order ID field, please write the order number using the " # " sign e.g., #12345
  • Use the email you used when placing the order. 
  • Please note if there are any additional spaces after the email or order number, the portal will not understand the information in the text box.

2. Choose the "Economy" return option to receive the DHL return label from us. Please note that a return fee of €9 will be deducted from your order refund.

3. Once submitted, you will receive a return label via email. Print the label and attach it to the parcel.

4. Place all the items you selected to return into the package and seal it. Make sure that the package fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Also make sure there are no old tracking or shipping labels attached to the package.

5. Go to https://locator.dhl.com, choose your country and fill in your location (address or zip code) to locate your nearest DHL Express point

6. To schedule a pickup by a DHL courier, follow the instructions here

7. Keep a copy of the return receipt until Hurtta confirms that the parcel has been received. 

General Instructions

Product Condition

Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and in resaleable condition. They should be well-packaged, ideally in the original box or packaging. The customer is responsible for any loss in value, and Hurtta.com reserves the right to deduct an amount reflecting the depreciation from the refund. Customers will be notified in such cases.

Refunds

When returning an order, Hurtta.com will issue a refund using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. A €9 return fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that refunds do not cover additional costs incurred from non-standard shipping methods. If only part of an order is returned, delivery fees will not be refunded, and the €9 return fee will still apply.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the return or proof of return, whichever comes first, in collaboration with our payment service provider. For uncollected packages, an additional €9 return fee will be deducted.

Refunds are only applicable to products purchased from the Hurtta.com web shop.

Product Exchange

Products purchased online cannot be exchanged. If you'd like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product, the incorrect quantity, or a damaged item, please notify Hurtta.com immediately by submitting a reclamation form.
