- Corrosion resistance of the metal parts has been tested in the laboratory according to the EN ISO 9227 : 2017 (E) standard and found to fulfil the determined quality requirements (SGS).
- The tensile strength of the leash has been tested under laboratory conditions according to standard SFS-EN ISO 13934- 1, and it meets the strength requirements set for the leashes.

I wanted to review this product because I don't normally go for the rope type leads as previously other branded ropes have been rough and not very nice to hold, especially with a stronger dog but I was so pleasantly surprised by this one, it's lovely! It's now my favourite lead, I'm so glad I tried it - I couldn't resist as it just looked so nice. It matches our Cinnamon casual Y harness and also matches our grey harness. We've had compliments on this lead it is really smart and great out in all weathers and on long hikes as well as shorter walks. The loose O ring on the handle is a very handy, practical touch although it does tap away on the metal hardware between the main lead & the handle which can be annoying on a nice, quiet walk to have that jangling constantly. I've wrapped a bit of clear tape around mine to quieten it but I still absolutely love this lead, it's great!
Casual Rope Leash
Even though it's casual leash we often use it while hiking. I secure it on my hiking belt and it's like hand free leash while my dog is still attached to me. I have a Border collie female so we of course have it in pink color which matches her Adventure harness. Have to mention ring on the end of the leash which is so useful, I usually put leash around myself a attached it to itself like crossbody bag, my hands are still free and leash is also easy to take of and I'm ready to leash my dog if needed. Only thing we'd like to add to it is a second handle somewhere in the middle and also would like to see quick release ends 😊
I bought two in two different periods, one 4 years ago and the second a couple of weeks ago, now I like it much more, it is softer unlike the first that has softened over time, I would definitely buy another color I really like them very much.
very light and the ring placed in the handle allows me to make it the shortest leash if necessary.
