It’s my first Hurtta leash. I was so happy about it at first – perfect length, stunning, comfortable. Suddenly I found out that the leash is broken. Like a straight line, as someone has cut it. It’s a mystery how it happened because dogs don’t have access to leashes. Never happened before. So I must say, not the best quality. Would not buy Hurtta leash. 😭
It is our first leash from Hurtta and we are impressed! Super nice quality and great colors! Already ordered the matching harness 😉
I won this in a Facebook competition and it has been a great product. The length is great for longer, quieter walks where I can give my dog more slack and the extra handle down the leash is great for bringing her in closer when passing people or crossing roads. I have the larger size and think the smaller size might have been a better option for my 30lb dog but it is not very noticeable during our walks and still perfectly functional.
I've got the Beetroot standart leash to combine it with the Beetroot Y-harness and Beetroot Collar ! When the leash was arrived i found there are two extra hand grips on the end of the leash for extra control - This is so comfortable and so convenient! Also the mount is quite lightweight and at the same time very durable. Also my dog loves to bite the leash occasionally to get my attention, so far it hasn't hurt the leash much. I am sure that the leash will withstand the bites and chewing of my beloved Husky girl for a very long time.

We bought this leash for our 1 year old petite Aussie. She has a tendency to pull which used made my leash-hand sore, with the soft handle from this leash this is no longer the case. Also the second handle is a real big plus and makes it so much easier to keep her in check and guide her during walks!
